1. How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your items, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with cash on delivery or any available online payment option.
2. Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently, MiniMO ships only within Egypt. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
3. How long does delivery take?
Regular orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Preorders take 5-9 business days. You will receive a message from the courier once your order is shipped and out for delivery.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can read our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. Please make sure items are unworn and in original condition.
5. How do I know my size?
Check out our Size Guide below the item to find your perfect fit.
6. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Send us a picture via Instagram Direct Message (DM) showing the issue. We will instruct the courier to pick up the item, or you can give it back to the courier, and your exchange will be processed with free delivery.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled by contacting us via email or Instagram DM. Once the order is out for delivery, you must inform the courier directly to stop or return the shipment.
8. Ordering multiple items
If you want to order two items to choose between them and return one to the courier on the spot, please note that this service is not available outside of Cairo.
Inside Cairo, it is available only in certain areas.
